I would love to try this out. I have awful problems getting to sleep & wake up multiple times a night so would be amazing to try something new to see if they help

I have fibromyalgia so sleep is an issue but with a very loud snoring husband beside me., sleep is totally a thing of luxury.. I have had to resort to using wired in ear headphones connected to iPad and Spotify just to drown him out.. I often end up strangling myself with the cord .. I’d be so thrilled to test these ..

Being an NHS nurse undertaking many changes in working patterns usually shift work, impacts on my quality of sleep. Add into this the dreaded menopause and you have a lethal insomniac cocktail! I not only struggle to soundly drop off to sleep but then often find myself waking up in the middle of the night. It’s torture and I’m lucky if I hit 5 hours per night…. if this works I’d be eternally grateful 🥲
