I love the comfort of Kokoons and I was in on these when they were crowd funded with Indiegogo. They lasted a bit but I had issues with the ear bud covers constantly coming off, then eventually one ear speaker stopped working altogether. My second pair were much better as far as the ear cover issue and the ear buds speakers worked fine, however with this set the small silicone buttons that control volume and bluetooth wore off completely, they literally broke off on the inside of the unit not on the outside so it took a while to figure out why the buttons had stopped working. I just received my third pair of kokoons, so three pairs from my initial indiegogo contribution in 2021 to Jan 2024. I would say at this point the life span for the product is pretty short and needs improvement for those of us who depend on these nightly. At over 200$ a set and the added requirements of a monthly subscription it will hard to reconcile or recommend these as a “great buy”. They are a great product AS FAR AS COMFORT, they are questionable as far as durability.

I’ve been using Kokoon since the initial version. I don’t like to sleep without it. Unfortunately forbtez 2nd time it’s developed some design related issues. The outer layer of wire has degraded and started to fall off. The materials used here need to be rebust and withstand heat and moisture. I am curious if the partnership with Philips has led to a review of the wire material.
Also whilst the material used on the center consol is asthetically pleasing, it is subject to discolouration from those of us who perhaps perspire a little more in sleep. Here I wonder about a different version which withstands moisture/can be wiped down for an occasional clean, could be an option.
I’d be delighted to test, especially as I’ve been waiting over 15 days for a ticket response on the raised problems with my current set of Kokoon night buds. ;)

I’ve been a fan of Kokoon since I backed the original Kokoon sleep headphones. I would love to test Kokoon products!

I currently use a sleep product that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I’d love to test this product out and find a better product other than one I use now. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep once I do fall asleep. Without a sleep aid, I lay there awake for hours.
