T&C for the Kokoon X Lumi Comp.Terms and Conditions

1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term ‘competition prize’ will refer to one Philips Sleep Headphones and one Pod Pro™ Ice Barrel. For the avoidance of doubt, one winner in total will be given one Philips Sleep Headphones and one Pod Pro™ Ice Barrel at the end of the competition. Competition will run until 3rd June 2024 23:59 GMT.

2. The competition is promoted and ran by Kokoon and Lumi Therapy. The competition is open to everyone.

3. In order to participate in this competition, entrants will be required to submit their email address.

4. At the end of the competition, all participants will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win the prize specified in Clause 1. The winner will be selected at random on a prize draw basis. Once the winner is selected, the winner will be notified via the email address and the prize will be awardedwithin 30 working days of notification.

5. Kokoon reserves the right to alter/amend the prize available to participants during the incentive period at its discretion. Any alternative prize provided will be a reasonable equivalent of approximate equal value.

6. Only one entry will qualify to be entered into the prize draw throughout the competition period.

7. All data collected will be shared with Lumi Therapy for marketing purposes, and deemed as consent given.

8. Employees of the promoters, commercial lease partners, financial institutions and agencies and their immediate families or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this incentive are not eligible to participate under any circumstances.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, Kokoon and Lumi Therapy will be responsible for allocation and remittance of the prize and therefore in all matters relating to this incentive, the decision of Kokoon will be deemed as final and binding.

10. All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. By entering this incentive, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the incentive material. This incentive does not affect your statutory rights.

12. This incentive is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
