Please read these terms and conditions.

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

Please Note: By purchasing our products also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How Kokoon works (simple explanation)

There are two purchase options for Kokoon Nightbuds, as detailed on our website:

  • “Upfront Purchase” (also known as “2-years membership”) at a one-off cost of £229.99 RRP
  • “Annual Membership” (also known as “1-year membership”) at an annual cost of £169.99 RRP

How “Upfront Purchase” (also known as “2-years membership”) works

The RRP of the Upfront Purchase (“2-year membership”) is £229.99.

  • After purchase, you receive a pair of Nightbuds headphones and access to our MyKokoon app
  • Your membership will come to an end in 2 years, from the date of purchase. This means, after 2 years, you can keep your Nightbuds headphones, but you will lose access to the MyKokoon app (The app powers our audio fade out and sleep data features)
  • Your membership does NOT automatically renew for another 2 years at the end of the term
  • However, if at the end of your 2 years membership you want to continue accessing the MyKokoon app, please contact our support teams at https://help.kokoon.io/, at least 1 month before your membership ends, so we can help you

How “Annual Membership” (also known as “1-year membership”) works

The RRP of the Annual Membership (“1-year membership”) is £169.99 and you are charged yearly (on date of renewal).

  • After purchase, you receive a pair of Nightbuds headphones and access to our MyKokoon app
  • At 1 year from the date of purchase, your membership will be auto-renewed (and card automatically charged) with the Annual Membership RRP. Once renewed, you keep access to your Nightbuds and MyKokoon app
  • Cancellation - If you decide to cancel your membership, please contact our support teams, at least 1 month before your membership is due to renew. Failing to do so will result in your card being charged automatically with the annual membership fee
  • If and once you cancel your membership, you can keep your Nightbuds headphones, but you will lose access to the MyKokoon app (The app powers our audio fade out and sleep data features)

TV Offer

The Kokoon Nightbuds 25% off Sale may be referred to as the "TV Offer", "TV Sale", “Sleep Sale” or "25% off Sale" and is exclusively available for customers who have seen our recent TV advertising

TV Offer summary.

The following offer is available: Save 25% off Kokoon Nightbuds (in accordance with the price as displayed on the website at time of purchase) by using the discount code TV100 at checkout.

This promotion applies to Kokoon’s two purchase options: 

  • “Upfront Purchase” (also known as “2-years membership”) - Get 25% off the upfront purchase RRP
  • “Annual Membership” (also known as “1-year membership”) - Get 25% off your FIRST YEAR's membership RRP

This offer is NOT available on the Relax Headphones, Nest Pillow and any Kokoon Accessories. Any promotion during the sale is only available for orders placed between 9am on the 1st July 2022 till Midnight on the 30th September 2022.

Additional offer terms and conditions.

This offer is only open to Eligible Customers. An Eligible Customer is a person aged 18 years or over, lives in the UK and is not an employee or affiliate of Kokoon Technology.

Any discount which forms a part of the Sale excludes shipping and handling, and the discount is as calculated in accordance with the prices displayed on the Website at the time the offer is sought to be redeemed, at the point of checkout.

The discount only applies for Kokoon Nightbuds Upfront Purchase and Kokoon Nightbuds Annual Membership (first year’s membership only). There is no discount available on the Relax Headphones, Nest Pillow or other Kokoon accessories.

The promotion is automatically applied once the discount code TV100 is entered at checkout.

The promotion is only available to purchases amde through the Kokoon website (www.kokoon.io) and not applicable for purchases on other websites and brand stores.

Other voucher codes are not valid in conjunction with the TV100 discount code. If a customer manages to purchase with an additional voucher code during the promotional period, their order will be canceled.

Kokoon reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the discount offered during the Sale where it becomes necessary to do so.

"30 night free trial".

Our "30 night free trial" is also known as our “30 day trial” and/or “30 day cancellation period”

The “30 night free trial” is available with two purchase options on the Kokoon website:

  • “Upfront Purchase” (also known as “2-years membership”)
  • “Annual Membership” (also known as “1-year membership”)

What the "30 night free trial" means

Subject as stated in our Terms of Service, you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason at any time from the date of the purchase until the day which is 30 days from the day on which you (or your nominee) receive the Goods and receive a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

If you are canceling your purchase and requesting a refund please also read our Refund Policy.

Nest Pillow

  • Please note, Nest Pillows are non-returnable, once opened.

  • If requesting to return your Nest Pillow, this request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware, any Nest Pillows returned to Kokoon that are opened, will be sent back to the customer and not refunded.
