Wolves are natural night owls, preferring to stay up late into the night and wake up later in the morning. Unlike early-rising Lions or steady Bears, Wolves feel most energised in the late afternoon and evening, making them great at creative work, problem-solving, and socializing during the evening and night.
Dolphins are light sleepers, often struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep. Unlike deep-sleeping Bears or Wolves, Dolphins have irregular sleep patterns, making them more prone to insomnia, restless nights, and energy fluctuations throughout the day.
Bears follow the sun’s natural rhythm, waking up with daylight and winding down as the evening progresses. They make up the majority of the population (~50%), making their sleep patterns the most socially accepted. Bears feel most energised in the late morning to early afternoon, but can experience an afternoon slump and struggle with productivity later in the evening.
Lions are the ultimate early risers, waking up naturally early (often before 6 AM). They feel most energised in the morning, and tend to get tired by late evening. Their productivity peaks early, making them great at morning routines and structured schedules, but socially they’d much prefer to be out early; so late night dinners and drinks are off the table.
