"My partner is a very loud snorer and I live near an active railroad. I did have Bose sleepbuds but they were insufficient, both in battery quality and in options. I have found that Kokoon’s solution to be the answer to my prayers. I will admit that I was skeptical about comfort while sleeping. I am a side sleeper. I was blown away. Same story as below. Paid for in May as pre-order, nothing received yet.
Promised delivery changed from months to weeks to next week (1st week Novmber), but nothing. Last month the update was that a timeline will not be communicated anymore. This is contradictory to the few business days promised on the current ordering page.
By the way, no additional discount or service offered.

it is a premium price for what I hope to be a premium product.
Happy to review the real product again in some months, instead of the supply chain…

Pre-ordered it, waited for months. Emailed several times, promises promises… Meanwhile they offered discounts and delivery In 3-5 days. When I complained for the 100th time, I finally got it. No sorry note or whatever.

Hi Mariam,
It’s not good marketing to not offer a warranty even though you replaced the last sleepbuds which literally fell apart with a new unit. Which should really come with a warranty because they were new! I like my sleepbuds and as you may tell I wear them every night. I am going to give your product a disgusting review on the website and I will give out the pictures as proof to tell the truth about a product that is obviously not fit for purpose! I am sure a super large company like Philips will be happy that the company that they are now endorsing has inferior products! And as for repairing with electrical tape you have no idea what you are on about. It is sticky and will stick to my neck or hair just another piece of ammo to add to the great review I will give your company.
Thank you for you caring after care and owning up to having a poor product.

I am sorry to hear that your replacement Nightbuds are not working/performing as they should.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a second replacement. Our warranty period only covers the original order. I am sorry about this.

Please can you use electrical tape to hold the cable.

We, unfortunately, do not offer repair services.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hello My night-buds cables have disintegrated, by which I mean the outer rubber protection on the cable to the actual earbud have broken away. I use my night-buds every time I sleep. These were a replacement for a unit that had fallen apart.
